To celebrate 5 years of their residency at Berghain / Panorama Bar, Berlin’s most exciting and adventurous electronic party comes to Barcelona in a big way on 13th June. Known for pushing the more edgy side of electronic dance music they bring a selection of the hottest new talent to have surfaced over the past few years.

Starting at 2pm first we will have our DAY EVENT @ POBLE ESPANYOL – Spanning 2 stages they bring some UK flavors in the shape of Warp Record’s hero Rustie and London house master Mosca. Making a very rare appearance is Jacques Greene – one of the most interesting rising stars of the house world with his RnB infused jams gaining attention worldwide. The super group JETS (aka Jimmy Edgar & Machinedrum) make a welcome return to Barcelona this time performing their new live set. The electronic legend Jon Hopkins will perform his new live set as he prepares to release his stunning new album ‘Immunity’ in June. Ninja Tune’s bass queen Emika will be performing her new live songs – also preparing to release her amazing new album ‘DVA’ in June. Ninja Tune’s hottest new signing Letherette who have just dropped their debut album will bring their summer sample house styles to the outdoor stage, joined by the Finnish partmaster Teeth, rising dusty house star Gerry Read and new Leisure System signing Hubie Davison. Leisure System residents Puzzle & N>E>D will be dropping some new jams that are set for release on the label this summer.

At midnight we then head straight over to one of Barcelona’s hottest venues for our NIGHT EVENT @ RAZZMATAZZ. Here our special guest is the always amazing Levon Vincent who will join Jimmy Edgar & Machinedrum playing solo DJ / Club sets until the early hours.

UK noise heads Fuck Buttons are back. The follow up to 2009′s Tarot Sport is Slow Focus, out July 23 in the U.S. and July 22 in the UK via ATP Recordings. It’s the first record the band has produced themselves at their own Space Mountain Studio.

THEFADER.com says “After touring in support of their 2007 album, Why Bother?, The Detroit-based duo of Adam Lee Miller and Nicola Kuperus took an extended break from the album cycle. Consequently, ADULT.‘s beat-driven, synth-based sound—melodic at its core but ever-so-slightly atonal and abrasive, with a lyrical romanticism that seemed to befit only the grittiest creatures of the night—sort of froze in indie rock memory as a period aesthetic, a nostalgic throwback to a time when people in the urban underground were throwing around words like “dance-punk” and “electroclash.” But what’s surprising about the wonky synth lines and smiting, deadpan vocals on their excellent return to the studio, The Way Things Fall, is how very fresh and of-the-moment they sound, like something you might hear at a fog-machine-filled cold wave party today, only with an emphasis on clarity of form, instead of hazy subterfuge.”
